Cannot extend the cover with the button. Can use the button and pull
manually. Will move out slowly. Hit button, release, pull by hand, hit
button again, release, etc. etc. until it is out. Retacts beautifully,
just hit button. What do I do and where do I start?

Steve:

Sounds like you have either an air restriction or leak in the line
to that cylinder. Haven't had to access it, but I would think it is
under the platform that moves. Don't think you can access from above,
but you can look. I assume your air pressures are up.

Steve,

You need to verify that your air pressure is full up before you tear
into anything.
