TAMPA 2008 FLORIDA RV SUPERSHOW

You
guys are much smarter and more sophisticated than I am
J I was not smart enough to have photographs ready
and pre posted so a touch of a key would have posted them to the Legacy site. We
failed you all on that front. Sorry, we are doing a photo shoot of the buses
Tuesday and Wed and will have pictures posted shortly thereafter.

Sorry
for letting you down.

Dear Macy,
We met at the RAT's rally. I would have loved to be at the TAMPA SUPER SHOW but illness with a family member took priority. I am a tad unsettled by the notion that you let us down by not having pictures available to us at the showing. Your priority should be, and is, the successful design and construction of the new Bird to lead the way back to Bluebirds past and appropiate position in the market...setting the standard for all other to aspire to achieve. Given your companies experience in Buses and transpiration, I trust you are well on your way.
I appreciate your inclusion of the Rat's in the process to date and allowing us input. You have stated that you felt that the customer base of Bluebird was the best you had ever seen and it was one of the reasons for you acquiring Bluebird. Our focus should be directed to supporting you in the same manner that you have supported us.
Congratulations on what seems to have been a successful "coming out party" for our new flagship. I look forward to seeing the pictures when available and watching the transformation of the company.
My sincerest thanks,

Wow, Macy , guess it was just me.

The most outstanding thing about CCW is your personality. Never
befor has an execuitive of any coach builder or big mfg opened up
his participation in a public forum. The commercial fourms would be
a safer way to rally only support and advance positive images but
you chose to let those chips fall with honesty. Your responce to any
post that was less than flattering read as if that post was
personal. It is truly obvious that you are sincere. Your constant
use of the term family reflects that your family, CCW and home is a
wonderful dynamic.

I dont understand the benifits to CCW with the free camping, tv
giveaways and free repairs but the attempt to create an atmosphere
of family is way cool. I am puzzled in your desire to be so involved
and respected in the classic owner community but marveld at your
success.

excuse my spelling. if I reread this I probably wont push send, I
have a tear in my eye and nice just aint me.

As far as the clock thing, let it pass..... Geraldo Rivera survived
Capone .

Gregory,
I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your last post. On behalf of all
of the team that worked so hard sacrificed so much and staked so much on
building the finest motor coach except our thanks.

I
appreciate the nice things you said about me as well, but this has never been about
me. It is about a team of people coming together like never before to build the
best Wanderlodge ever and support the entire BLUE BIRD family at the highest
level of customer support possible.

I
don’t expect to ever agree on everything, all I was asking is that we
keep disagreements civil and respectful bearing in mind that the person on the
other side has pride, feelings and integrity too.

THANKS
again for your gracious email
