Clearance required
BMC 37' is more like 37' 8" or 10" in length, with no tow bar attached. Well
over 38' with a towbar on and folded up.

Clearance required
My '88 FC 35' has the front air unit removed from the top. It has an
11 foot clearance, which includes a storage box on the roof. It may be
more if that AC unit is still there.
