FC quit running
Thanks for your comments Dan, they fit perfectly with what I am
experiencing. I am doing last resort procedures. Last night took me five
hours to remove the two foot long flexible line running between the copper
line and the filter on the cat. It looks original and in excellent
condition, so I was/am disenchanted with the hope that this is the problem.
In the next two hours I will get a new line made and install and run test
probably tomorrow.

Appreciate very much you sharing your experience.

FC quit running
Following up on this old thread.

Changed the two foot piece of flexible fuel line that flows fuel TO
the cat located between the cat filter and the copper tubing coming
from the racor. Thinking that the age of the tubing with fuel
saturation may allow it to collapse. Went on a 500 mile trip this
weekend with no symptoms of fuel starvation or power loss.

I was having this problem for two or three months starting in August
03 and at that time did some maintenance procedures. The starvation
never reoccurred until last week.

I think/hope we fixed the right thing this time, but will wait two
years to conclude.
